Ways to recharge
Recharging airtime and data has never been easier!
On the XpressRecharge page, select the bundle you want to recharge with, and follow the quick steps using your email address and pay with Tingg or PesaPal. When using your mobile to recharge, you can recharge via Airtel Money, M-Pesa and Tigo Pesa.
Log into or register on the MySmile Portal, using your SmileNumber or Username and Password. The credentials for logging into the Portal are the same. Then go to Recharge or Bundles, and follow the prompts to recharge and pay with Tingg or PesaPal.
Recharge using Mobile Money and use the Smile’s Business Number – 110110, and your SmileNumber or Account Number as reference for this payment. If you do not have your Smile details at hand, please call 0662 100 100 for assistance. Please remember to pay the EXACT* amount of the data bundle you want to recharge with – go here to view SmileData bundles and pricing. Just follow the prompts on your mobile, via the Mobile Money platform of your choice.
*any amount paid, that does not correlate with a Smile data bundle, will be converted to Smile Airtime and credited to your account.
